It is said that the old town can be preserved so well is because Estonia was too poor to rebuild the town...

If you love cake (chocolate, of course), this is a good place. 
They sell quiche and other drinks as well.

Another one recommended by the walking tour guide, if you want to try the typical sprat sandwich, which is rye bread with sprat fish and an egg on the top.
